Most homes start with a routine service. If a unit is cooling weakly or the air is dusty, one of the deeper cleans is the answer. Here is each one, what it does, and its price.

A coil clean strips down and cleans the unit. Gas work is a different job with different diagnostics. By the time a coil clean is the right call, the gas has already been checked and is usually fine. If your unit genuinely needs gas work, we will tell you and quote it separately, so you only pay for what the unit actually needs.
A clean keeps a working unit healthy. It will not fix a unit that has already broken: low gas, a failed part, a blocked drain. That is a repair, and paying for a clean first just delays it.
If you are cleaning several units, or doing it more than once a year, an Annual Maintenance Contract works out better than paying per visit. Labour is always included, there is no price per visit, and emergencies are covered around the clock. Plans start from AED 2,400 a year.

The AED 225 service keeps a healthy unit healthy: it cleans and checks the unit and inspects the coil, but does not chemically clean it. The coil deep clean is the strip-down that actually restores cooling on a fouled unit. They are separate jobs at separate prices.
Because access varies. On most units the price is AED 750 per unit. On around 1 in 5, the unit was installed with poor ceiling access and needs an access panel cut, which is quoted before we start. The base clean is the same; the access is the variable.
