Filters, grills and diffusers cleaned, and the outdoor condenser too, so airflow and cooling return to where they should be.
The drain line and tray flushed and cleaned, since a blocked drain is the usual cause of a unit dripping water inside.
Electricals and thermostat checked, gas pressure and temperature measured, so a small fault gets caught before it strands you in the heat.
A visual check of the coil and ductwork, written up in your report, so you know what is fine and what to keep an eye on.
The routine service is flat, per unit. You know the number before we start, no callout fee and no surprise line at the end. This is the full service, and the report is part of it. Parts, if a unit needs them, only with your written approval.

Most units need the routine service. Some need more. Here is the difference, plainly, so you can tell which is yours before you pay for either.
To be clear: the AED 225 service inspects the coil but does not chemically clean it. If your report shows a coil that needs a deep clean, that is the separate service above, and we will show you why before you decide.
A routine service keeps a working unit healthy. It is not a fix for a unit that has already broken. Being straight about that saves you paying twice.
That is usually a fault, not a service issue: low gas, a failed part, a blocked drain. A service will not fix it, and paying for one first just delays the repair. You want AC repair, not a service.
A service inspects the coil but does not deep clean it. If weak cooling is down to a badly clogged coil, the coil clean is what restores it, not the routine service.
The unit works but is due for upkeep, or you want it kept ahead of the summer so a small problem gets caught before it strands you. That is what the AED 225 service is for.

If a service turns up a coil that needs deep cleaning, or you want the ducts done, these are separate jobs with their own fixed pricing.
If you are servicing more than a unit or two, or more than once a year, an Annual Maintenance Contract works out better. Labour is always included, there is no price per visit, and emergencies are covered around the clock. Plans start from AED 2,400 a year.
Three times a year suits most Dubai homes, because the dust and heat load work units hard through the long summer. If you tell us your setup we will say what actually fits, not just sell you more visits.
