What we do on a pump call

We find out what has actually failed.

Low pressure is not always the pump. And a pump that has stopped is not always finished. We check properly before anyone talks about replacing anything.

We check the whole system

Weak pressure can come from the pump, the pipework, a valve or the supply. We also check the pressure tank and pressure switch, which are common causes. We work out which before assuming the pump is at fault.

We identify your pump

Pumps are matched to the home. We check the capacity and horsepower of yours, because the right replacement has to match what you actually have.

We tell you the options

Whether it needs replacing, or whether it is worth sending for assessment to see if a repair is possible. You get both routes with the cost.

We fit the right unit

Where a replacement is the answer, we arrange a pump that matches your system and fit it, so the pressure comes back properly.

What you're seeing

The signs of a failing pump.

Pumps rarely die without warning. These are the signs worth acting on before you lose water altogether.

Showers and taps that have lost their force, especially upstairs. Often the first sign a pump is struggling.

Water on the ground floor but nothing on the upper floors. A common villa problem and usually a pump issue.

Rattling, humming or running louder than it used to. A pump under strain often tells you before it fails.

A pump that switches on and off constantly, or trips, is not working as it should and will not last.

Not sure it is the pump? Weak pressure can also come from the pipework or the supply. We check the whole system before pointing at the pump.

Clear pricing

Free inspection. Fixed quote first.

Pumps are not a one-price job. The right replacement depends on the capacity and horsepower of the pump you have and how your pipework runs, so we check yours first and then give you one fixed number.

The straight answer

Can a pump be repaired, or is it always a new one?

This is the question worth asking before anyone quotes you, and the answer is not what most people expect. Here is how pump work actually goes.

First, check it is even the pump

Weak pressure often turns out to be the pipework, a valve, or the supply rather than a failed pump. It is worth ruling that out before spending anything on a pump, and that is the first thing we check.

A pump repair is not a doorstep job

To know if a pump is repairable, it has to be opened and assessed properly, and that is done at a service centre, not in your utility room. If a repair looks worth trying, we send it, they assess it, and we come back to you with the cost. No guessing.

Often replacement is simply the better call

For many failed pumps, a new unit costs less than the assessment and repair combined, and it comes with a fresh life ahead of it. When that is the case we say so plainly, and we match the new pump to your system so the pressure comes back properly.

Either way, you see the numbers before anything is decided. Message us what your water is doing and we will come and look, at no charge.

Other plumbing services

More of what we handle.

If it is not the pump, it may be one of these. Here is the rest of our plumbing work.

On an annual plan

A villa has more to go wrong. Cover all of it.

Pumps, tanks, heaters, drains. A villa carries systems an apartment does not, and each is another thing that can fail. Our Annual Maintenance Contract covers your AC, plumbing and electrical all year, with unlimited emergency callouts and labour included. One plan, one team, your whole home looked after.

Before you book

The answers most people want first.

We do not put a single price on it, because the right answer depends on your pump. Capacity, horsepower and how your pipework runs all change what is needed. We inspect at no charge and give you one fixed price before any work starts. Labour is AED 190 per hour.

It is not always the pump. Weak pressure can come from the pipework, a valve or the supply. We check the whole system before pointing at the pump, so you are not paying for a pump you did not need.
That is a classic sign of a pump that is failing or has stopped, especially in a villa. The ground floor still gets flow from the supply, but the upper floors rely on the pump to push it there.
Yes. We check the system, identify your pump and tell you what it needs, with the cost, at no charge. You only pay if you decide to go ahead.
Yes. Our work carries a 90-day workmanship warranty. A new pump also carries its own manufacturer warranty, which we will explain when we fit it.
