A routine service keeps a healthy unit healthy. A deep clean is different: it strips the buildup off the coils, which is the part that restores cooling on a unit that has gone weak.
The coils chemically cleaned and jet washed, so the buildup that was choking the cooling is gone and the unit performs again.
We remove the fan blower and drain pan to get proper access to the coils. If a coil is badly blocked, we take it out entirely to clean it off. The blower dismantle is part of this, not a separate charge.
The drain pan is deep cleaned while it is out, and the grills are cleaned to keep airflow right once it is all back together.

A deep clean is the right call for a dirty, clogged unit, not every unit. Being straight about that saves you money.
A unit that is still cooling well does not need a deep clean. The AED 225 routine service is the right upkeep for it. Paying AED 750 for a coil that is not dirty is money you do not need to spend.
That is usually a fault, not a dirty coil: low gas, a failed part, a blocked drain. A deep clean will not fix a broken unit. You want AC repair first.
