AED 190 an hour. Quoted before we start.

Plumbing is charged by the hour rather than a flat price, because a dripping tap and a leak under the floor are not the same job. The inspection is free, and you get the number before we do anything.

You see the price before we touch anything

We inspect free, find the real cause, and give you the number first. You decide with the price in front of you, not after the work is done and the invoice arrives.

We tell you when you do not need us

If your problem is smaller than you feared, or something you can sort yourself, we will say so. We would rather lose a job than sell you one you did not need. That is not a slogan, it is on every page of this site.

And if we get it wrong, we come back

Every job carries a 90-day workmanship warranty. If something we fixed is not right, we come back and put it right. No argument, no second invoice.

Most plumbing companies in Dubai advertise 24/7 emergency callouts. Here is how it actually works with us, so you know before you need to know.

Without a contract

We reply to messages till 11pm, seven days a week, and we will talk you through what to do right now, starting with shutting the water off at the mains. But a crew comes out in service hours. We are not going to promise you a technician at midnight and then not turn up.

On an Annual Maintenance Contract

Emergency callouts are covered around the clock, every day of the year, with the labour included. That is the difference a contract actually buys you, and it is the reason most people who have been caught out once end up on one.

What counts as an emergency

An active leak or burst causing damage right now. Shut the water off at the mains first, then message us.

The whole property with no supply, not just one tap. Usually a pump, a valve or the supply itself.

Waste water coming back into the home. Unpleasant and a health issue, and not one to leave.

Water running out of a tank into the building or the community, where it can also draw a fine.

On an annual plan

Calling a plumber often? Stop paying per visit.

Our Annual Maintenance Contract covers your AC, plumbing and electrical all year. Plumbing labour is included on every callout, emergencies are covered around the clock, and scheduled inspections catch the small things before they become the expensive ones. One plan, one team, your whole home looked after.

How much does a plumber cost in Dubai?

Our labour is AED 190 per hour, plus any materials the job needs. The inspection is free, and we give you a clear price before any work starts. A few jobs are priced as a set item instead, a water heater replacement for example, and those prices are shown on the page for that service.

Do you charge for the inspection?

No. We come and find what is actually wrong at no charge, then quote you. You only pay if you decide to go ahead with the work.

Can you come out the same day?

Message us and we will tell you the earliest we can reach you, rather than promise a slot we cannot keep. We reply till 11pm, seven days a week, and a crew comes out in service hours. Around-the-clock emergency callouts are covered for customers on an Annual Maintenance Contract.

What if I do not know what the problem is?

That is normal, and it is our job, not yours. Describe what you are seeing, send a photo if you can, and we will work out the cause when we come. You do not need to diagnose it first.

Do you work on apartments and villas?

Both. Villas have more to go wrong, water pumps, roof tanks, longer pipe runs, and we handle all of it. Apartments we cover too, subject to building access where the work sits outside your unit.

Is the work guaranteed?

Yes. Every job carries a 90-day workmanship warranty. If something we fixed is not right within 90 days, we come back and put it right, free.
